Welcome to MaXimum's blog!
Besides our Facebook status updates and photo's we'd like to share with you what it is like singing and living abroad as the MaXimum family...so here we go!
MaXimum has been together for about a year now and we've already toured in Beijing, Korea, Vietnam and now we're in Singapore.
Our Band members are Kyle Lassalle from Texas (aka Mutt), Nicole Davis from Georgia (aka Golden), Lisa Theunissen from Johannesburg (aka Miss T), Greg Lassalle from Trinidad (Pops), Frederic Joyal from Montreal (aka the Six-Strings-Assassin), Ricardo Ranito from Lisbon (aka PitBull) and Anthony Parker (aka Pretty Boy) from California. We recently changed one of our singers, Rachel Lynn, who has now gone back to USA to continue her own musical journey...as we know many of you saw her perform with us, we'd like to wish her well in her career.
So MaXimum's family affair is non-stop music, music, music...6 nights a week. We like to rock it out, raunch it up and get you grooving all night long. Everyday is Friday to us...we call it party-o'clock as soon as we hit the stage!
Our songs are from only the greatest, to name a few; Jason Mraz, The Killers, Mary J Blige, Lady GaGa, P!nk, Rihanna, Sean Kingston, Janet Jackson, Eminem, Jill Scott, Timberland, Nelly Furtado, SoShy, Corrine Bailey Rae, Lenny Kravitz, David Sanborn, Earth, Wind & Fire, CeCe Penniston, PitBull, Pussy Cat Dolls, Black Eyed Peas and the list goes on...

Even though Sunday has been our only day off we have still headed out to Sentosa (the boys in the band love a thrill so off to the rides we went!), watching another band called FunkyDeep at Marina Sands and our famous burger-tasting Fat Bastard's' Sunday. Yes, we in MaXimum, have a mission to find out which place in each country we visit has the best burger! So far XXX is winning....but we still have a month to go so more of this it to come. Besides that you'll find us chilling out, trying cocktails and laughing mostly...we have some ridiculously brilliant business plans we're gonna roll out one day...and founded whilst sipping margarita's!
Amongst us are some wonderful songwriters too and we spend our time coming up with tunes that one day might sit right on number 1...so watch this space, you never know!
